Health and Winter Warmth Fact Sheet 23.Feb.2007 This factsheet is designed to provide information to people concerned with health and fuel poverty issues; Regional and Local Partnerships within Public Health, Environmental Health and Local Authorities, Community and other front line Health Staff who can refer vulnerable households for help, as well as Housing and Energy Officers.
