Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes Procurement Notes

The Energy Saving Trust facilitates the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes, therefore the Partnership follows the Energy Saving Trust's procurement procedures.

The Energy Saving Trust operates under a formal procurement policy, which is part its of ISO 9000 / ISO14001 accredited management system, to ensure that it receives best value for money in it's dealings with third party suppliers.

Within this policy:
  • Formal quotations will be requested where expenditure is likely to exceed £5,000.
  • Where expenditure is likely to exceed £25,000 suppliers will be required to submit a formal tender based on documentation that will be provided by the Energy Saving Trust.

The Energy Saving Trust's procurement is subject to an annual audit as part of their legal obligations.
