Geographic equity of fuel poverty schemes - scoping study

The scoping study was carried out by the Centre for Sustainable Energy for the Fuel Poverty Strategy Group of the Energy Efficiency Partnership for Homes. The study assesses the feasibility of carrying out a more in-depth study into the extent to which fuel poverty resources are distributed equitably to different areas.

The Impact of Rising Fuel Prices in Managed Housing

This research report has been prepared by ACE, CSE and Dr Richard Moore for the Managed Housing Strategy Group. The conclusions of this research are being presented and discussed at a meeting of policy makers being jointly hosted by the Partnership and the EAGA Partnership Charitable Trust on 19th March 2007.
The next steps in this work will be to communicate the results of the work alongside messages about the importance of tackling fuel poverty to housing managers directly. Similar research with data for Scotland will also be published shortly.
