Update on Energy Saving Recommended scheme 15.Feb.2008 The Energy Saving Recommended labelling scheme, operated by the Energy Saving Trust, has been successful in increasing the market share of more energy efficient products, from white goods to windows. Hard to Treat Homes event Report 07.Dec.2007 More than one third of existing homes are classed as 'hard to treat' in terms of raising energy efficiency, a legacy that cannot be ignored if ambitious carbon reduction targets are to be met.
