Chairman's Advisory Group

The Chairman's Advisory Group (CAG) oversees throughout the Partnership the implementation and promotion of the policies, decisions and guidance set by the Council Our membership consists of the Partnership's Chairman (Prof. David Strong), the two Deputy Chairs (William Gillis and Andrew Warren), the Partnership's Director and representatives of the Energy Saving Trust and DECC.

CAG, with the support of the Partnership's Secretariat, leads the development of the Partnership's strategic and operational plans, monitoring progress against plans and budgets and ensuring cross sector issues are adequately addressed. We regularly review developments in the fields of climate change, energy efficiency and fuel poverty and maintain a forward perspective on emerging policies, regulations and schemes, as well as developments within the supply chains for products and services
